Audrey A. Livingstone welcomes you to her
personal website. Audrey Livingstone was the first President of The Long Island Board of Realtors to serve a 15 month term, and has been an active member of the board since 1977. Prior to being elected President, Audrey served as LIBOR’S Treasurer, Secretary, and Nassau County Vice President and served as a Director since 1991.
Audrey served as LIBOR’s RPAC Chairperson for five years and raised an unprecedented amount of RPAC dollars and during her term managed to attain for the first time LIBOR’s RPAC goal. She served as the 1995-1996 President of the Multiple Listing Service; has been an active member in the Professional Standard Committee since 1991 and also served as a mediator and an arbitrator. Over the past fifteen years, Audrey has served on LIBOR’s Legislative, Legal Assistance, Bylaws, Education and the Equal Opportunity Committees. In her spare time she has also held the position of Central Nassau County Chapter President, Vice President and Treasurer.
Her involvement with the New York State Association of Realtors includes being on their Board of Directors since 1990, Chairperson of the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service and RPAC Trustee Committee. Audrey is also a member of the Legislative, Risk Reduction, Political Action, Member Services, Strategic Planning Committees and Issues Mobilization Fund.
Audrey has been a National Association of Realtor (“NAR”) Director since 1998, and has served as a member of the Meeting and Convention, Risk Reduction, Political Grassroots and Fundraising, Fair Housing, International Operations, and Strategic Planning Committees. Audrey served as an NAR RPAC Trustee for 5 years, and is now the Vice Chair of the NAR Mega Board Forum.
Audrey now serves as President of CENTURY 21 Metro NY/ Long Island Brokers Council, has been involved with CENTURY 21 since 1994, and has been active in Real Estate for over 30 years.
Audrey is now serving as President-Elect of The Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).
Audrey is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Facilitator and is certified in Risk Management & Cultural Diversity. In addition she is a Registered Mortgage Broker with the New York State Banking Department and Florida State Banking Dept.
Audrey resides in Melville with her husband, Teddy, and they have five children and is the proud grandmother of ten grandchildren.
